Our Custom Order Policy
Because every item from Sealed with Couture is custom-made just for you immediately after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection. Your order is handcrafted and unique, and we begin the process as soon as you commit to your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction and the quality of our work are our top priorities. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and are happy to make it right!
Here is our policy for damaged or defective items:
1. Timeframe: You must report the damage or defect within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Reporting: Please email us at info@sealedwithcouture.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
3. Resolution: Once we assess the images, we will promptly offer a replacement item or a full refund, based on your preference and the circumstances.
Please note that we are unable to replace or refund items reported outside of the 14-day window.
