For longevity of your customized product we suggest cleaning with a damp towel. This product can also be washed on the top shelf of your dishwasher.
Shipping and Pickup
Due to the custom nature of our products please allow 5-10 business days for completion. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you choose to pickup you will be notified as soon as your order is ready to pickup!

Our final products are manufactured locally in Roseville California. We pride ourselves in attention to detail and quality customization.
Our Custom Order Return policy
Because every item from Sealed with Couture is custom-made just for you immediately after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection. Your order is handcrafted and unique, and we begin the process as soon as you commit to your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or Defective Items - Your satisfaction and the quality of our work are our top priorities. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and are happy to make it right!
Here is our policy for damaged or defective items:
1. Timeframe: You must report the damage or defect within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Reporting: Please email us at info@sealedwithcouture.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
3. Resolution: Once we assess the images, we will promptly offer a replacement item or a full refund, based on your preference and the circumstances.
Please note that we are unable to replace or refund items reported outside the 14-day window.
